Step 2
Medical Consultation
You will receive a questionnaire that covers dietary, medical and mental health needs. This is all HIPAA covered and confidential. We might also want to schedule a call to get our questions answered and make sure you get to participate in the way you need!
Step 3
Complete Registration
As soon as you complete your medical consultation, you can can finish registering! Full payment will need to be made within 2 days of your medical consultation. After 2 days your deposit will be refunded and your spot passed to the wait list - so act fast! Payment options are available through Paypal.
